Job Description

-Resolve technical problems (platform)
-Conduct various analysis with engineering teams
-Directly communicate with customers on a daily basis
-Work closely with engineering teams in the U.S. and Japan.
-Work with Sales/Business Development teams to manage/maintain good relationship with customers

Required Experience

-Must have minimum 3-5 years of technical support experience
